What Earling Labs LEADS collects and how it's handled.

What we collect

Leads are your data — we're the processor

The personal information of the leads you capture belongs to you (the business). Earling Labs stores and processes it on your behalf so you can follow up. You are responsible for how you contact those leads — including honoring opt-outs and complying with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable law. We keep the consent record specifically to help you show a lead agreed to be contacted.

How AI features use your data

When you draft ad creative or landing copy, the relevant inputs (your offer, trade, business details) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. A captured lead's personal contact details are not sent to the AI. We do not sell your data or your leads' data. See our AI Disclosure for specifics.

Connected ad platforms

If you connect Meta, TikTok, or Google Local Services, LEADS stores the access tokens you authorize so it can create campaigns or pull the leads those platforms deliver. Campaigns LEADS creates are created paused — nothing spends until you enable it at the platform. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which clears its stored tokens.

Data sharing across the suite

If you also use other Earling Labs apps (e.g. Closer, Ringer, or Reporter), a lead you capture here can be handed to them over an authenticated internal feed so you can work it in one place. This happens within your own account only.

Deleting your data

Email support@earlinglabs.com to request deletion of your account, your leads, or associated data.
